100 GREATEST MOVIES OF THE DECADE

In 2010, the notion of a cinematic universe seemed far-fetched, it's now the dominant Hollywood-studio model. Kathryn Bigelow's 'The Hurt Locker' had just triumphed at the Oscars  and Disney released their first live-action remake with 'Alice In Wonderland'.

​Since then, thousands of movies have hit the world’s multiplexes. From superhero blockbusters to experimental docs, ‘The Social Network’ to ‘Portrait Of A Lady On Fire’.

This list celebrates my favourite movies of the decade, the ones that caused me to leave the cinema gob-smacked, heartbroken, or mind-blown.
