CREATIVE CONSULTANT / ADVERTISING DESIGNER (2007 - 2012)
As part of the Advertising and Production Design Team, this role involved planning and producing classified and display advertisements for print media that are distributed across New Zealand. A key accountability also involved creating graphic designs for the sales team to use as visual aids to promote advertising space.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
Appointed to the role with no prior knowledge of InDesign and without any form of training used the application immediately, producing graphic design options for customers on the first day in the role. Subsequently received management recognition for the quick thinking creative capability that I bring to the company.

Acknowledged by a major client and by company management for creating a display advertisement that resulted in such an unprecedented and unexpected sales volume that twice the amount of advertised product had to be re-ordered by the client to meet the demand.
